1. All sales are FINAL 2 weeks prior to show date.
2. Tables are only CONFIRMED with full payment and must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to the date of the show.
3. Tables can be reserved with a 50% deposit. Tables will be released and deposit returned if full payment is not received 2 weeks prior to show date.
4. Your confirmation number is required upon check-in.
5. Vendor table includes 1 - 8ft table + 2 chairs
Additional badges may be purchased for $25 Table pricing is based on row/distance to the entrance.
Early Bird Pricing (Through 1/25)
Row 1: $300
Row 2: $250
Row 3: $200
Wall: $250
The first 200 tables to book & pay can select their table location (within their tier/row). After first 200 tables, a $25 surcharge can be paid to secure specific tables. Table locations are not guaranteed otherwise.
Standard Table Pricing (After 1/25):
Row 1: $325
Row 2: $275
Row 3: $225
Wall: $250
Cancellation/Refund Policy
1. Tables sales are final 2 weeks prior to the show.
2. In certain, limited circumstances, we can approve cancellations and provide partial refund and partial deposit for a future show.
3. We reserve the right to resell tables from vendors who do not show up for the event.
